Hello everyone...
Do you ever have one of those days/weeks/months where everything seems to go wrong?... where one disaster after the other keeps happening... e.g. you wake up late for work, you hurry to get there on time, the car won't start, and then you catch every red light on the way, and when you almost get to work there is a huge traffic jam... and then you cannot find a parking spot and then you get out of the car and as you slam the door shut you realise you have left the keys in the ignition... and your briefcase/bag is waving hello to you on the front seat... GGGRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!
Do you ever get to the point where you feel you are out of control?
Some days it feels as if everything is conspiring against you! And you ask : "Why is this happening?"
Yeah... we all have those times!
And it is understandable that you would be feeling and thinking that things are out of control!
But instead of asking "why is this happening?", it is more appropriate to ask "what am I doing/ thinking/feeling/believing/saying to attract these things into my life?"
When you take time to become aware of the things you are thinking, doing, saying, believing, and feeling, you'll find the reasons why things like this are happening in your life.
Spend a few minutes right now and look at things that are happening in your life that are not really what you want. And then think about why you may be attracting these things.
For example what kind of feelings are you experiencing right now? Are you feeling frustrated, resentful, angry, hurt, victimised, unloved, jealous... or are you thinking "lack" or "limiting" thoughts?
When you become aware of your internal dialogue and condition you will find what is bringing all these catastrophes into your life.
Becoming aware of your internal self is a good way of getting more control of your life. Try it... and see for yourself.
