One of the biggest stumbling blocks people have is Resistance... resistance to success, resistance to moving forward, resistance to change... resistance to developing.
The law of attraction states: what you resist persists... so if you want your life to change you need to work out how to eliminate resistance so it doesn't keep popping up in your life!
Resistances are about the “no's" in your life... the ones that keep you stuck! We all have them... some of us have more than others! And no matter what they are, they are a pain in the proverbial... they stop us from moving forward.
Eckhart Tolle, renowned spiritual teacher, offers his insights on resistance and how to release them.
Have a look at this short video (just over 5 minutes) of Eckhart Tolle:

and let me know what you think... he is delightfully profound... what do you think of his suggestion of getting rid of resistance? I think it's great and worth trying.

Eckhart Tolle's The Power of Now changed my life significantly a few years ago as well. And it was at one of his early retreats (2002) where I met my wife, Karen. I also attended another retreat of his... Later, when his book, A New Earth came out it again created change (including some chaos in the process) in my life, profound change. After reading it several times and using it in my practice I created an index for it that you might want to use....see http://livingawareness.org/book-Index.html#newEarth and check it out.
