Happiness: It's Our Choice

That's just it --
you can't drive it, you can't wear it, you can't live in it,
you can't drink it, smoke it, snort it, you can't travel to it.
Happiness is the experience of the journey.

The experience of happiness is the result of how you look
at things.  When I look at something I say, can do, no problem;
that is not going to make me unhappy.

Happiness is a choice!

And as Denis Waitley points out... happiness has a great deal to do with how we look at things... and it is only up to us how we react to  and look at things in our life. 

We choose reactions we have... it is our choice how we view situations and events.  No one else's choice... but ours.

Happiness is definitely a choice!
