I enjoy these videos... they are short, sharp and to the point in the messages they deliver. 

The underlying message is that we all have it in us to lead and inspire others... and it's important to remember that everyone has that ability! My favourite quote in the video is: "Be the change you want to see in the world"... Gandhi.
